Senior Management Position: Commercial Director, Spirit FM West Sussex.

Spirit FM has a rare senior management vacancy.

We are looking for a new Commercial Director.

Working together with the MD and Content Director, you will be one of the senior management team responsible for the continued success of the business. Although your expertise is within the commercial world, you will have influence and input in every aspect of it.

Our new Commercial Director is a natural leader who excels in people management and development. You are interested in all areas of the business, not just sales. It will be your responsibility to drive and deliver revenue targets consistently through the whole team.

In character, you’re typically likeable, ambitious, competitive and driven, but you’re also someone who fits naturally with our company culture and values.

Your strongest attribute is your ability to build strong relationships, both with your team and clients. You understand the importance of team and know how to get the best results through your people.

Spirit FM started out as an independent radio station 21 years ago. We’re now part of the hugely successful, multi award winning UKRD group. We are known for really caring about our people above all else, because we do.

We’ve grown beyond recognition into a hugely successful media company who is arguably the most successful radio business, of its size, in the UK.

Spirit FM has grown considerably, both in people and profit within the last 5 years. We now have a multitude of products under our brand from our core radio business to digital and interactive offerings as part of the Spirit 360 department – and you will oversee them all.

We’re hugely ambitious and we’ve have no intention of stopping now so we need our new Commercial Director to help us to keep growing.
