Key Purpose of Job

Provide strategic direction, operational management, launch execution and continued development of our National Deals platform, encompassing the broadcast and publishing portfolios, with the expectation that you will maximise revenue and margins and grow the business to meet and exceed the company objectives.
- Lead and develop the National Sales and delivery teams, with the expectation that you will maximise revenue and grow the business to meet and exceed the company objectives.
Main Duties and Key Responsibilities
- Full Responsibility for the business P&L
- Responsible for the development of online platform revenues
- Achieve revenue plan targets
- Achieve ARPU targets and KPI's
- Forecast revenue weekly/monthly/quarterly
- Develop the overall sales strategy for the platform
- Deliver the best business for Bauer Media in terms of response and conversion rates whilst offering the best vendor and consumer propositions
- Train and develop the sales and execution teams
- Maintain a high profile across the group
- Identify new revenue opportunities
- Provide both direction and support for sales teams and central support function
- Report and analyse revenue, identifying key trends and emerging opportunities
- Manage individual performances where necessary
- Motivate the team through coaching and development
- Positively contribute to the overall management of the platform
- Positively contribute to the wider Digital Team
