Radio Results is a specialist radio and online audio media agency, part of the SNK Publishing Group which also includes SNK Studios and Red Apple Creative.

We plan, buy and manage radio and online audio campaigns on behalf of agencies and clients direct. We’re industry experts and have great relationships with all the radio groups and online audio platforms such as Spotify.

Due to rapid company growth, we’re looking for a unique individual to join us as a Planner/Account Manager.

The Role

The Media Planner/Account Manager is responsible for managing airtime and S&P projects, nurturing key client relationships and helping to grow revenue.

You’ll plan advertising campaigns across radio and online audio platforms such as Spotify and assist with the management of live campaigns. When a campaign has finished you’ll be responsible for post-campaign reports and putting case studies together.

The Person

You have at least 12 months planning or account management experience within the media industry already. You are passionate about radio and online audio platforms and excited to work in a small, dynamic team who are brilliant at what they do.

You’ll be a detail person with an eye for numbers, working in a busy environment. Fast and efficient when picking up briefs and responding to clients. Equally at home on Excel, Word or putting presentations together.

You’ll be confident and have an outgoing personality and enjoy speaking to clients on the phone or meeting them in person. You’ll be a social butterfly and attend events with clients outside of normal hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Taking briefs effectively from clients to provide tailored solutions for advertising campaigns
  • Planning of all radio airtime and online audio campaigns
  • Assisting with campaign management
  • Writing post campaign analysis reports
  • Prioritising and managing workloads to maintain a high level of accurate administration
  • Delivering exceptional customer service through the efficient and accurate turnaround of plans and proposals.
  • Providing clients with competitor reports, programming updates, RAJAR figures and all other ad-hoc requests.
  • To talk confidently about knowledgeably about radio and online audio
  • Build long term, quality relationships with clients at all levels
  • Assisting Business Managers to produce proposals and presentations
  • To work closely with Business Development and Creative teams on new and existing briefs.
  • Developing effective working relationships with the rest of the team and other internal departments to ensure clear and consistent communication.
  • Keeping internal CRM systems up to date
  • Analysing campaign data (Google analytics etc) and providing campaign analysis during and post campaign

Essential Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail, highly organised and a multi tasker
  • Enthusiastic and a willingness to learn and update industry knowledge
  • Great communication skills
  • Proactive and able to work on own initiative
  • A positive mental attitude. We are a close team that works hard and plays hard together
  • Ambition to take our growing company to the next level
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a media planning or account management role
  • A good understanding of radio and the wider media media marketplace
  • Confident personality
