We are Big City Radio 89.1 Fm on line and on the local D.A.B multiplex.
Big City Radio is a not for profit C.I.C. trust community radio station. There is no payment for volunteer presenters, but we can however offer full training of the studio and playout system. This would suit a media student or someone who would like to get into presenting. You must have a good knowledge of the music we play from the 50's to the present day (very similar to radio 2) our listeners are 30 years plus. We also conduct live on air interviews.
Presenters need to be in or very close to Birmingham , as this is a volunteer position and unpaid.
