We’re the multi award-winning Charity, the Prison Radio Association, and we’re looking for someone exceptional to fill an exciting new role within the organisation.

We produce content for a range of partner organisations, including the BBC, statutory bodies and other charities. Business is booming and we need a skilled Production Manager / Producer to help us deliver high-quality audio features and further build our business.

You’ll take the lead in working with our partners to ensure our productions are hitting the mark, and to make sure our partners come return to us with further commissions.

You’ll be a skilled, creative audio producer with experience of managing complex projects involving multiple partners, including freelance staff.

Acting as an ambassador for the Prison Radio Association, you’ll be passionate about our aims and able to nurture relationships with partner organisations.

You’ll understand the behaviour of radio audiences, and the specific needs and issues surrounding the prison population.
