Your Mission
To think of new ideas to promote and bring your clients’ brands and products to life through radio. You will work on single briefs alone and as part of our sponsorship and promotions and sales support teams on bigger projects and multi-layered campaigns including sponsorship, promotions, digital, experiential and research. You may have to advise clients on their social media or outdoor strategy so you need to be aware of all platforms, not just radio.
- Take comprehensive briefs from our diverse range of clients
- Write in a concise and exciting manner which engages our listeners and drives results for customers
- Manage and grow established account list
- Bring brave new ideas to the table and build long-lasting relationships, internally & externally
- Work with our busy sales team and give them the confidence to allow you in front of the biggest clients to show off your ideas that will in turn deliver for all parties
- Deliver your part of the revenue target ensuring we achieve as a team
Your Experience
You will need to be smart, bold and engaging and be able to display our company values in the work you do; Bravery, Integrity and Passion.
- Innovative and creative individual
- Strong writing skills and tech savvy
- A knowledge and history of successful radio campaigns
- Good knowledge of the media business and brands
- Understanding of the radio Industry and other platforms such as print and outdoor
- Understanding of the creative-led selling process
- Production skills or knowledge
- Good time management and organisational
- Effective communicator
Your Package
- Monday to Friday 0900 – 1730
- Salary is based on experience plus commission (lots of it if you’re good!)
- 25 days holiday
