Your Mission

To sell amazing ideas to new and existing clients at Capital South Wales. Ensure Communicorp UK stands head and shoulders above the competition, continuing to grow and retain client business.

• Knowing your local market, you will spot opportunities and generate appointments to win new business
• Identify clients’ core needs and help them to create a multi-media strategic marketing plan
• Maintain and develop new and existing client relationships
• Present creative pitches using the latest technology

Your Experience

You will need to be smart, bold and engaging and be able to display our company values in the work you do; Bravery, Integrity and Passion. You should be as passionate about working in radio as we are and have sales or account management experience, preferably in media or digital marketing.

• You will need to have confidence and be proactive, with the ability to work creatively and collaboratively
• You will need to be able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Desire to improve results and a strong sense of ownership
• The skills and know how to create innovative ideas to help grow your client’s business
• Digital marketing and Digital Out of Home are key growth areas so if you have the knowledge and ability to understand business needs to match to a whole host of products to create the best solutions for our clients then this is for you.

Your Team and Location

You will report to the Station Director and you will be based in Capital South Wales in Cardiff.

Your Reward
