Bauer City Network are recruiting for a new Head Of Creative at Rock FM – No 1 for Lancashire

Job Spec: Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a writer/producer Generating ideas for new and existing advertising clients across a broad, multi-media landscape Pitching ideas to clients Copywriting Collaborating with S&P, Digital, Programming and Sales Teams Exceeding monthly revenue targets via the Creative Led Sell Reporting directly to the Rock FM Sales Director and our Bauer City Network Creative Director. Person Spec The success of this role is dependent upon: Understanding the Bauer City Network Creative vision and philosophy. The ability to communicate your ideas effectively with energy, enthusiasm, experience and knowledge. A burning desire to create ground-breaking work. At Rock FM, our brand is our people. Creativity is a culture and behaviour you will help to cultivate and nurture in them all. You must have the ability to think and deliver advertising campaigns, not just radio campaigns. The right candidate will display a track record of outstanding Creative work and Commercial success across wide and varied media platforms. A working knowledge of other Media owners, Music/Voice Artist, Publishing, Licensing agreements and legalities is essential
