Our Heart Angels & Capital Street Stars are the face of some of the biggest radio brands in the UK, delivering brilliant promotional and marketing activity across the country.

Heart & Capital are part of the Global family, home to some of the biggest and most loved media brands in the UK; Heart, Capital, Classic FM, Smooth, LBC, Radio X, Capital Xtra and Gold. Every week, Global brands reach more than 31 million people, including more than 25 million on the radio alone.

The overall aim of a Heart Angel & Capital Street Star is to act as a brand ambassador, engaging and emotionally connecting with our target audience; encouraging them to tune in

What do Heart Angels & Capital Street Stars do?

As the face of the radio station, they need to know what the station is all about and how to represent our values to the general public.

They’re great communicators and fast learners as they need to know all about the campaigns and station output they’re working on.

They maintain the highest standard of performance and appearance set within the uniform guidelines and are responsible for all equipment, branding and vehicles; ensuring everything is just right both for their own shift and that it’s ready for the next person.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Interacting and engaging with our audience. Representing the full Global portfolio of brands at events across the South East and at times, the rest of the UK. Representing our clients at events. Encouraging people to engage with Heart & Capital across the South East. Engaging audiences to enter competitions using our iPads. Qualifications and Skills

A full, clean UK driving licence is essential and it must have been held for a minimum of 12 months.

This is a casual worker role, so if you’re on the lookout for a fun and flexible income, this could be the perfect job for you! The work is varied from long days standing outside at events to assisting in our Broadcast Centres and you’d get the chance to work at some of the biggest and best events across the UK!

As a casual worker, we will offer you hours of work as and when we need you. You can you can pick and choose whether you'd like to work these hours. There's no obligation for us to give you work and you're under no obligation to take it - it's nice and flexible.
