A full-time engineering job at United Christian Broadcasters in Stoke-on-Trent, UK
Posted 20 March 2019, 11.24am edt

This is an exciting new role that we’re introducing at UCB to be part of the all-important behind-the-scenes crew who help support our broadcast team.

So, if you have a natural passion for the technical demands of radio – whether that’s the ins and outs of studio mixing desks, microphones, audio editing software or IP digital audio – this will be just up your street.

UCB is looking for a great team player who loves all things audio, who gets a buzz from technology, who enjoys solving technical problems and who is happy just to be part of the team that keeps everything running smoothly.

You’ll be working with an incredible bunch of people who are dedicated to the cause and who believe in working to the highest standards.

With two national radio stations, delivering first-class Christian programming 24/7, this is a job for someone who’s committed to helping others and using their skills and knowledge for the sake of the wider team.

As a Christian, you will be expected to sign up to UCB’s vision and purpose and join with other members of staff for team meetings including prayer and worship.

Please be aware that the role is based at the UCB Broadcast Centre in Hanchurch, close to Stoke-on-Trent, which is set in the countryside. So you will need your own transport.

Salary: based on experience but circa £18,000-£20,000 (plus a selection of staff benefits)

Closing Date: 31st March 2019 (midnight)

Interviews: Wednesday 17th April 2019

This job closed on 31 March, 2019 so we’re afraid you can no longer apply for this role.
