A full-time journalism job at Channel 103 in St Helier
Posted 15 January 2020, 6.49am est

Channel 103 is looking for a broadcast journalist to join the busy news team in beautiful Jersey.

You'll be confident, enthusiastic and hardworking. You'll know what makes a good story, and how it should sound on air.

A great voice is an absolute must. Experience of reading live bulletins is highly desirable.

A qualification in journalism is preferable, but if you have lots of relevant work experience, a proven interest in news and current affairs and are a quick-learner we will consider you.

We're looking for someone with great writing, social media and web skills too.

You'll be working for Jersey's most popular radio station which has some of the best listening figures in the British Isles and which prides itself on being first for local news.

Ideally, you will have knowledge of the island, or be able to learn very quickly the many ways the island is different from the UK.

This job closed on 31 January, 2020 so we’re afraid you can no longer apply for this role.
