Client Coordinator

A part-time office job at INRIX Media in London
Posted 14 August 2018, 11.45am edt

INRIX media is the UK's leading provider of traffic and travel information, with customers including the BBC and most commercial radio stations, for whom we deliver real-time traffic news and gather incident data across the UK.

The purpose of this role is to liaise with one of our key radio group customers to help ensure that the service we provide consistently meets their requirements. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring that our service is of continued, demonstrable and ongoing value to our customer.

The role will involve responding to emails and calls from our customer and making editorial updates to travel incidents. In addition, the co-ordinator will be scanning sources and entering new incidents and review already published London incidents that are relevant to our customers, contacting the relevant UK operator in our incidents team or updating the incident accordingly.

Crucial to this role will be the ability to communicate clearly and quickly. Experience in a radio environment would be preferable; perhaps in production.

The ideal candidate will also have a good knowledge of London roads and public transport systems, an understanding of the radio business, and have excellent customer liaison abilities. This is a “real-time” role, with the right person for the job being quick-thinking with the ability to work in a fast-paced but accurate manner and possess appropriate diplomatic skills.

Equality of opportunity is at the heart of our recruitment process. You’ll be judged on your suitability for the job and nothing else.

This job closed on 31 August, 2018 so we’re afraid you can no longer apply for this role.
