To provide audience and commercial growth via innovative digital, social and influencer activities.
Devise and implement all audience digital marketing and social campaigns. Implement paid digital campaigns for our customers. Grow all brands social platforms and engagement. Utilise a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC. Develop our Influencer offering, for both marketing and commercial. Identify opportunities to monetise digital activities. Stay abreast of all digital and social advances. Constantly measure competitors’ activity to keep us ahead. Inspire and educate the overall Group Marketing Team to formulate new strategies across the group. Deliver on radio audience growth, digital audience growth and commercial revenue growth targets.
You will have:
Implemented new and innovative paid digital, social and influencer campaigns. Understand how to monetise digital platforms and activities. Extensively dealt with and understood the relevance of Brand Guidelines. Developed post campaign analysis to understand ROI. Lead on multi-platform projects. Exceptional communication, time management and organisational skills, as well as impeccable attention to detail. Consistently achieved revenue growth. Experience managing PPC, SEO and Affiliate programmes. Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.
