Digital Designer

A full-time digital job at UTV MEDIA (GB) in Bradford, United Kingdom
Posted 24 April 2015, 8.32am edt

Our radio stations need your hits! (No musical ability required). #gotyourattention

UTV Media (GB) is one of the largest radio groups in the UK, with market leading local stations in England and Wales. We also own the national station talkSPORT and UK's leading sports magazine, Sport, as well as being a leading operator of DAB digital radio multiplexes throughout Great Britain #weareabigdeal

Bradford’s Pulse 1 and Pulse 2 now have vacancies for a Digital Designer at our radio station throughout the country. #awesomejobs.

Can you work wonders with the web? Turn our digital products into dynamic, mind-destabilising, multi-directional, media-dominating, dream-defying…..doodahs? (Sorry about “doodahs”, I’ve run out of awesome words beginning with “D”, but you get the picture).

The role will involve designing, implementing and managing our digital elements across all 13 local radio station websites. #bigopportunity.

The ideal candidates must have the experience to be able to turn briefs into online adverts that work for our clients as microsites, MPUs and Skyscrapers etc. #brainiac.

Basically, you will need to generate hits, lots of hits, and we’re not talking the musical kind.

In addition we are looking for people who are very organized and who have the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. #coolcustomer.

The ideal candidates must have proven experience of Photoshop, HTML and CSS (Flash would be useful) and be able to upload and schedule adverts onto our content management system, although full training will be given. #skillsthatpaythebills.

This job closed on 5 May, 2015 so we’re afraid you can no longer apply for this role.
