Role: Field Sales Manager Territory: Reading Reporting to: Sales Director

We’re famous around the world for, amongst others, devising and launching the quiz show ‘Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?’ and producing the film ‘Slumdog Millionaire’. We also own and operate twenty local and regional radio stations across the south of England. What the job entails: As Fields Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing a team of Account Managers in order for them to achieve the team target and bring to life our overall regional sales strategy.
You will build relationships with key stakeholders in your region and generate new business initiatives and development plans for clients. You will be responsible for the management of all Celador clients and run structured weekly sales meetings introducing new incentives where appropriate. You will be the guardian of the CRM system and provide relevant weekly reports. You will also attend regular networking events on behalf of Celador and help in building effective commercial partnerships.

What are we looking for? You must be an effective manager with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to respond flexibly and positively to changing circumstances or requirements and have a thorough understanding of the competitors and markets within your region. You need to have strong organisational skills and be able to plan and priortise.

Ultimately, above all you need commercial acumen and a ‘can do’ attitude.
