We are looking for a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Manager within the Direct Marketing Subscriptions team, to own, optimise and develop the subscriptions sales and marketing strategy for all digital channels. The relevant candidate should have the ability to plan, implement, manage and report on online marketing campaigns across a range of PPC, Branded Websites, Affiliates, Display, Social Media and much more. Strong experience within Google Analytics and campaign performance tracking is required. The role will involve: Devising strategies to drive online traffic to subscriptions e-commerce website Tracking conversion rates and making improvement to marketing initiatives Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of digital marketing channel for subscriptions Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, PPC, display, programmatic marketing Overseeing and contributing to the social media strategy for subscriptions Managing and developing search marketing and PPC (Agency management where appropriate) Forming strong team relations, acting as a consultant and the ‘go to’ on all things digital Providing well thought out solutions to business need Experience of Multi-channel strategies (web based, social, mobile, content Keeping up to date with industry trends Educating internal team on how to maximize digital opportunities To monitor the success of all digital subscription acquisition marketing activities through appropriate measurement and evaluation and review with Head of Subscriptions making recommendations for improvement The role will be based in Peterborough/Media House and require at least one day a week travel to London/Academic House.
