A new opportunity has arisen within the Supplier Development team for a Group Wholesale Executive. A challenging but rewarding full time role based predominately at Midgate House Peterborough, with occasional travel to meet with key stakeholders. For the right candidate, there is opportunity for personal development and to grow significantly within the role and then onwards across the group. The individual will provide support to the Senior Group Wholesale Executive and to the Group Supplier Development Manager through managing relationships and communication with the wholesalers on behalf of Seymour publishers. This will include regular contact with internal and external parties, extensive data analysis and ability to form logical conclusions, presenting findings to key individuals and an ability to work as part of a team. A full job description is available on request Key Responsibilities Owns the relationship with wholesalers, acting as point of contact for Seymour publishers communicating new launches and title information. Manage wholesale account review meetings, taking actions and ensuring complete by agreed dates. Manage adhoc queries from Seymour publishers in relation to wholesale operations and escalate where required. Act as the group expert on INFUSE and I KNOW and provide support for other users. Support barcode management when required ensuring barcode / pre-production processes completed. Key Skills and Competencies Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain powerful working relationships. Solution driven approach to overcoming obstacles. Competent user of Excel and a proven ability to deal with large levels of data e.g. pivot tables, Vlookups etc. Administration experience in a high pressure environment where task prioritisation is critical. Experience of operational supply chains is preferred.
