Your mission

Your mission is to manage the CRM strategy across multiple businesses and CRM platforms, including but not limited to Dynamics 365, Hubspot and E-Commerce platforms. You will provide and support the commercial teams within each Communicorp UK business with the necessary training, data quality, sales performance analysis and strategic support related to the CRM/E-Commerce systems within that business unit. In return for this, we will provide you with your platform to perform, your canvas to create, and the right autonomy to do what you do best.

The ideal person will be confident in negotiating and communicating with internal stakeholders and customers finding ways to use technology and process design to continuously improve our customer service and the efficiency of our business operations.

You will

Analyse existing business process models to identify improvements in the internal process and/or customer service. Design, implement, lead and drive adoption of sales processes by working with key stakeholders across CCUK businesses to identify needs, propose solutions, evaluate changes and manage implementations relating to CRM/E-Commerce systems. Provide training and support on all aspects of sales systems to the commercial team. Responsible for developing custom views, reports and dashboards and providing reporting on agreed sales and marketing performance metrics Manage inbound and outbound content flows documenting functional and non-functional requirements. Manage and oversee the set-up, testing and delivery of all CRM/E-Commerce systems under the Communicorpuk umbrella.

Your Experience

You will need to be smart, bold and engaging and be able to display our company values in the work you do; Bravery, Passion and Integrity. You should be passionate about working in radio as we are. You will live and breathe CRM with a track record in all aspects of CRM system administration, configuration and customisation.

Stakeholder engagement at manager level You will have strong analytical skills taking a logical approach to problem-solving with excellent verbal, written communication and negotiation skills. You have a strong understanding of IT service management and experience working to SLAs. Do you have experience of supporting and maintaining APIs & integrations with other core systems? Great! Strong understanding of sales pipeline management and marketing, interpreting business requirements and efficiently configuring systems. Do you have knowledge of writing database queries using SQL? Great! You respond well to pressure with a solution driven approach to changing priorities and tactical problems You have a strong eye for detail demonstrating excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to design a sales process across CRM/E-Commerce system. You can successfully lead training in the adoption of sales system and process. You are as passionate about customer experience as we are and show great interest in what motivates people with the ability to review, interpret and present CRM data to key stakeholders aiding decision making. You understand how systems/data can be integrated using API’s, Azue Logic, Scribe etc.
