Wireless local radio is committed to be at the forefront of delivering exceptional local radio and marketing solutions to our listeners and customers and we are investing in strengthening our management team in Customer Operations.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head of Customer Operations to lead the groups’ customer experience function, developing a best in class customer service journey for local sales. You will oversee sales support, traffic, B2B communication, business data management and sales reporting. This is a key area of the business where you will work within a strong collaborative environment to ensure the customer journey is maximised across our stations.

You will be responsible for developing strategies and processes that improve and enhance our sales proposition to both prospective and existing clients. Creating efficient sales, insight and customer data reporting processes, to maximise sales, service and retention. You will work with the wider SLT to create the future commercial customer roadmap for our stations.

Previous experience within sales and customer service management is essential as is strong sales leadership and communication skills. The successful candidate will have a clear understanding of the media sales market and be comfortable in data management and reporting.
