Job Title: ILR Head of Customer Operations

Location: Flexible - any ILR location

We are looking for a Head of Customer Operations to lead the groups’ customer experience function, with the aim of developing a best in class customer service journey for local sales that maximises revenue. By shaping how we communicate and do business with our customers, you will directly develop best practice across our teams and shape the skills and competencies for the multi-media executive of the future. You will oversee sales support, traffic, B2B communication, business data management and sales reporting.

What we’re looking for from you:

We are looking for someone with previous experience in this kind of role in addition to sales and customer service management. You will enjoy dynamic, fast-moving environments, where you are able to take ownership and align yourself with business goals.
