You’ll be accountable for working with people managers across all the key aspects of Learning and Leadership lifecycleto include,needs analysis, design and delivery, facilitation, coaching and measuring the impact of learning activities; you’ll support all aspects of Learning and Leadership and contribute to the employee experience
You will build relationships across the business to understand grow leadership capability and skills and support learning needs in a non-traditional environment
You’ll work on projects to build and evolve our blended L&L offering as well as deliver a range of class room training
What you’ll be doing…
We value getting people together to learn and to provide learning in blended ways, so you must love delivering workshops and building eLearning and self-directed learning content too.
You'll be delivering behavioural and soft skills workshops and be able to adapt your style to suit the diverse and varied groups at Global. You’ll be a skilled facilitator that enjoys supporting large and small team events too.
You’ll be supporting the Head of L&L to identify needs, plan the training calendar and manage the workshop booking system, manage attendees and produce impact reports. Contribute to the management of the L&L budget and occasionally work with external providers
You will also be responsible for delivering a great initial on-boarding experience and will lead the monthly Global Welcome
You’ll work cross functionally across the wider People & Culture team to support the delivery projects that will ensure we are a great place to work, for example Inclusivity, Engagement, EVP, Workday, Talent Acquisition

Have a thirst for self-development and a will to constantly learn through a variety of methods including reading journals, books, networks and attending relevant courses.
