Are you enthusiastic, hardworking and looking to be part of an exciting media organisation? Wisebuddah are seeking an ambitious, friendly and well organised Marketing Assistant.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist the Business Development Manager with research for new business pitches, ongoing projects and in looking for leads for future clients.
  • Manage the Wisebuddah Social Media channels and liaise with multiple departments for content to update these channels frequently.
  • Manage and own bespoke projects across a variety of areas including the company website, SEO/PPC, creating company-wide assets and other.
  • Work on presentations (Mac’s Keynote or PowerPoint) for new business pitches – this will include writing copy and some design elements.
  • Assist the Business Development Manager and heads of department with proactively running creative marketing sessions, through to execution.
  • Administrative assistance with management of client database.
  • Manage all internal marketing.
  • Assist in managing and organising all company events (to include work events and socials).
  • Liaise with a variety of necessary external suppliers.
  • Identify trade events and recommend which we should be represented at / attend.
  • Be a central point across departments to assist in general research tasks, marketing plans and any other projects. Become a go-to person with a knowledge of the company as a whole.

Personal Specification:

  • A self-motivator who can work just as well on their own, as they can as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and oral skills.
  • Effective at creating and sustaining relationships.
  • IT proficiency – comfortable with all typical office software.
  • Knowledge of Adobe creative software an advantage.
  • Good understanding of our products and how we might enhance them.
  • Strong liaison skills.
  • Organisational skills – ability to work on multiple projects, produce accurate work and comfortable with rigid deadlines.
  • A passion to develop a good understanding of the agency and client world.
  • Someone with a passion for podcasts, radio, brands & TV.

Details: Dates: Immediate Start Contract: Full Time Permanent Salary: £20,000
