This is a confession… we work in advertising… but we need help… with our own marketing. Sssh, don’t tell anyone.
As a company we’ve grown a lot in the last few years and it’s been one hell of a ride. We’ve built a fantastic team who produce amazing work, but we’re so focused on producing great campaigns for our clients that we’ve let our own marketing slip a little and we’ve just not been very good at shouting about what we do.
We need someone to come in, take us by the scruff of the neck and sort us out.
You’ll have three exciting brands to work with and plenty of content to show off. We’re currently redeveloping our websites but we need a bigger strategy that encompasses social, industry press, events and more.
We’re looking for someone to develop a plan and then implement it whilst tapping into our internal resources like our copywriters and designers. For that reason this role is part time, 1-2 days a week.
You’ve got the opportunity to build a program from the bottom up in the way you want to.
Red Apple Creative is a fast paced content agency specialising in multi-platform campaigns for radio, Spotify and digital platforms. We are part of the SNK Publishing Group that also includes SNK Studios and Radio Results.
Our audio department is growing rapidly and we’re currently looking for a Creative Copywriter to join us in our London office. We are a leader in audio creative production and have a strong roster of clients including Spotify, Tough Mudder and The FA. We have long lasting relationships with our clients because they trust us and we always deliver.
We produce commercials, podcasts, video and immersive audio experiences. Our work can be heard on radio stations, Spotify and other audio platforms around the world. We’re proud to be a founder member of the IAB Audio Council.
We’ve seen significant growth as a company in the last few years and it’s an exciting time to join us. The Person We Are Looking For
You’ll have a solid background in B2B marketing with at least three years experience in a full time role working with SMEs in the world of media and advertising.
You’ll be able to put a 12 month strategy together to make sure we’re capitalising on all of the great work we do. You’ll know the contacts to get us into industry press, or you will do pretty quickly once you’ve started.
It goes without saying that you’ll understand Google analytics and know Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram like the back of your hand.
You’ll be confident to be able to deliver what you set out to achieve. You’ll have internal resources to help you but you’ll need to make sure everything is planned and executed the way you want it which will mean excellent communication between depts. You’ll definitely be able to motivate yourself and manage your time working remotely if you need to.

To be responsible for the marketing and communications of the SNK Publishing Group which includes SNK Studios, Red Apple Creative and Radio Results. To plan and maintain an annual marketing plan for the year. To be responsible for the management and growth of social media channels Increase website traffic by: Maintaining and managing all websites with regular updates SEO optimisation and other techniques Implementing and monitoring PPC campaigns To make sure all our comms are consistent in design and tone of voice. Including newsletters, blogs, showreels and commentary pieces. To maintain an awards diary and organise entering them when necessary. To source and maintain contacts in main industry publications. To promote our own success stories through press releases. To organise events to showcase our own work. To maintain an annual diary of key events throughout the year. To identify what else we’re not doing and make sure we do it
