Minster FM is expanding and we are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, target-driven sales person to join our successful sales team. Attitude is more important than experience and age is not a barrier. A great package with exceptional training all come as standard for the right candidate. Our Staff stay for many years and this chance does not come round very often so this is an un-missable opportunity if you’re even thinking about a change in direction. Radio is an exciting Industry and will suit you if you have a natural creative sales approach and a desire to sell a unique product that you really believe in. We hit our targets - We earn competitive salaries (OTE 30k+) but you can earn more - commission is uncapped! We have fun ... we go to the Races, we have over 25 days holiday, company cars, laptops, phones, pensions, concert tickets and it’s all because we sell invisible things!
