For content creators we have just launched our revolutionary new product Omny Studio which enables on-air content to be taken online in seconds.

What we’re looking for:

A highly skilled Operations Manager to deliver the next generation of Omny technology to our broadcast partners around the world. Every day you’ll be working with the biggest radio stations and other content creators to implement and support their on going use of Omny Studio. This role also encompasses any task necessary to help grow the company and deliver the product within strategy.

Autonomous problem solving, managing complex projects and a strong desire to learn technical processes on the job are a must.

The role would suit a candidate with any of the following experience:

  • An intimate knowledge of the planning, execution and delivery of audio content in a radio station or other organisation.
  • Radio Programming Experience: Exec Producer or Producer 3+ years.
  • Radio Engineer / Technical Broadcast Engineer.
  • 3+ years sales experience including Account Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation of Omny technology for new users with the support of our technical team.
  • Provide customer support to partners using the Omny platform.
  • Analyse client usage and capture feedback to drive our product development roadmap.
  • Encourage adoption of new product features through producing marketing collateral (email, video, etc) and engaging directly with partners.
  • Perform small ad hoc tasks and projects to support business development (i.e. booking travel, carrying out research, writing reports, general administration etc.)

Desired Skills and Experience:

Essential:

  • High levels of personal motivation to problem solve and deliver ‘a job well done’.
  • Great people skills - no qualms about talking to client stations and their personnel.
  • An interest in combining technology with audio.
  • A strong ability and desire to self start and to learn on the job.
  • A high degree of adaptability to address any task that might emerge.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to communicate easily with technical and non-technical personnel.
  • A proactive approach, communicating effectively with others, and working independently.

Desirable:

  • Experience working at a radio station or large content producer.
  • A desire to stay up to date with industry news.
  • Contacts in the radio or broadcast industry.
