Job Title: PA / Office Manager – Local Radio

Line Manager: Director of Local Radio


Management Duties

General Administration management within Wireless Group’s Local Radio division PA support for Director of Local Radio, inclusive of Diary management, and Travel coordination plus admin support for the wider management team Management and coordination of onsite meeting rooms Management and coordination of onsite internal and external company visitors Site / general office management – Ensuring all company and Statutory standards are met Management of internal communication with stations and wider group stakeholders General Duties

Providing admin support to the Director of Local Radio and wider central management team Organisation of internal and external meetings, including the scheduling of management meetings with local stations to maximise diary efficiency. Record keeping of the outcomes of ILR meetings and following up on agreed actions with key stakeholders where necessary Coordination of the department leave calendar & various reports. Organisation of any onsite activities on behalf of departments Producing business announcements and distributing appropriately Assist in coordination of projects around people, culture, audience, insight and operational effectiveness where required Handling general enquiries on behalf of Wireless Local Radio Liaise with wider administrative functions across Wireless Group and wider News UK teams Organising Adhoc courier deliveries/distributions General administration duties and coordination ensuring the site / office is managed effectively and proactively. Experience required

Previous experience in a similar position Office/departmental management experience Ability to demonstrate coordination of a number of different duties, at any one time showing organisation and prioritisation skills. High level Administration experience along with Diary management, Microsoft office and internal comms experience. Ability to manage relationships effectively Proven ability to handle tasks both proactively and efficiently. Behavioural competencies
