The P&C Business Partner will own and define our people experience, HR and talent agenda end-to-end across the employee lifecycle delivering creative and relevant people innovations  This person will be an influential partner working closely with Board, Executive and key stakeholders across the business - coaching, challenging, problem solving, influencing and shaping the future business In order to deliver, they will need an end to end understanding of business levers, measures and strategy in relation to people and all aspects of P&C (for example, talent acquisition and recruitment, EVP, culture, talent and career management, L&D, reward and recognition, OD and transformation) To work in partnership with the Head of HR Operations and HR Advisors to oversee all operational aspects of HR and define and measure key success metrics.

  What you’ll be doing… 

You will be a change agent within the business, inspiring new thinking and ways of doing things, challenging existing practices and bringing creative people solutions You will contribute and have a point of view on business strategy and commercial priorities, proactively aligning people solutions to deliver results Work in partnership with senior leaders, to focus on the mobilisation and development of key talent and create career and succession plans so that we retain and grow our best people and minimize exposure around critical roles Work collaboratively across the wider People and Culture team to create an ‘experience’ for Globalers that reflects our unique culture and values, across every people touch point Coach and mentor the People & Culture Advisors to help develop, nurture and grow experience and impact, and provide counsel and leadership Define success metrics and measures to influence business decisions, priorities and direction. We use Workday so you’ll be able to number crunch, analyze and report on people data highlighting trends, problem solving and suggesting strategies to address issues.    Support the development of the Global employer brand and ensure that we have a compelling story to attract, recruit and onboard new Globalers To develop and embed a truly inclusive culture where all Globalers can be the best version of themselves, feel valued and do great work.

  You’ll need this experience…

Generalist HR and talent experience, working as a partner to the business Proven experience of operating in partnership at executive level Proven track record of implementing a people strategy that delivers measurable business results Expertise in a number of disciplines across talent development and succession, talent acquisition and recruitment, EVP, culture, career management, L&D, reward and recognition, OD and transformation
