Online, offline, at work and at play News UK is the proud owner of a stable of news and media brands including the Sun and the Times Newspapers, that span the most popular to the most respected, covering the highbrow to the lowdown; providing the first flash and the last word.
Wireless Group is now a part of News UK. Our Radio GB division operates four national radio stations; including talkSPORT the world's biggest sports radio station, and Virgin Radio. It also operates 12 independent local radio (ILR) stations in England and Wales, and a number of digital radio multiplexes throughout GB.
Right now we are recruiting for a new Commercial Producer to join our award winning radio advertising production team based in Stoke. Yes, you read that correctly…. “Award Winning”!

We want you to take our commercial scripts and bring them to life, mixing voices, music, and sound-effects together to create incredible soundscapes of amazingness. We pride ourselves on creative, attention-grabbing, effective and award winning radio advertising, and you will play a major role in that process.
You’ll produce radio commercials for local as well as national clients, and get to work with some of the most famous voice overs, and celebrities in the country.
Experience of using Pro Tools recording and editing software would be very helpful, as well as the ability to work to tight deadlines on a daily basis. Oh, and did I mention we won awards again this year?
