Programme Controller

A full-time programming job at JACK fm, Berkshire in Reading, Berkshire Oeste, United Kingdom
Posted 12 January 2017, 7.06am est

Here’s an opportunity that doesn’t come up often. At JACK fm Berkshire we looking for a talented and motivated team player to come and take charge of programming JACK.

You’ll already have a programming role in commercial radio and be the kind of person that can pick up the brand values of JACK and utilise them to help us develop the unique JACK sound and style. You’ll know how to get the best out of our writers and producers and will be full of creative ideas to help generate revenue streams.

Crucially you’ll know the broadcasting and advertising codes inside out and will feel completely at home programming GSelector – as an independently owned station there is no music log import here.

There aren’t many roles like this left in commercial radio today. This is a chance to break free from the boundaries of normal formatted radio. If you are up for the challenge we would love to hear from you.

We’re a small friendly team based at studios at the Madejski Stadium in Reading – home of The Royals. A full, clean UK Driving License is essential.

This job closed on 9 February, 2017 so we’re afraid you can no longer apply for this role.
