Your mission

To grow our Research & Insight business, (an MRS Company Partner) through a range of services which enable our clients and prospects to gain game changing insights into their customers. As a customer facing member of the team you will:

Foster brilliant relationships with both existing clients and our hottest prospects, to guide them on the best research approach - to gain the right insights and knowledge for their business. Manage the project from brief take, through to design, implementation and debrief. Work closely with our commercial teams around the UK to establish the right clients and support their objectives to grow revenue and deliver the very best ideas, relationships and results for our clients. Your Experience

You will need to be smart, bold and engaging and can display our company values in the work you do; Bravery, Integrity and Passion. Ideas, relationships and results are at the heart of everything we do. You will be able to:

Display good commercial awareness. Sales experience in market research, media or creative industries a definite bonus, including experience of working within a target driven environment! Project management experience. We are located all around the UK so remote relationship building experience is a must! Intermediate to advanced Office 365 user Are you experienced with SNAP Surveys, TGI, Mintel and Nielsen? Great! Can deal with and advise SME clients, liaising with stakeholders at senior management / board level A+ presentation skills from both a design and delivery perspective are a must Degree qualified in relevant subject or sufficient working experience in a similar industry Beneficial: CMRS qualified / accredited (although not essential) Your Package

You will be based at Capital South Wales in Cardiff Bay.
