The Role

You will be an integral part to the smooth running of the facility on a daily basis. You will be meeting and greeting guests, providing refreshments and keeping the building neat and tidy.

The role is varied as you will also be on hand to provide support to Red Apple Creative on in-house creative, production and media projects. This will include sourcing voiceovers and music tracks, updating databases, systems and information sheets.

This is an entry level role but in the future it could lead to positions within the creative and media team such as Project Coordinator, Account Manager, Media Planner or Creative.

The Person We Are Looking For

This is a really important role because you’ll be the first person that our clients meet as they come through our door so it’s a good job you’re a people person who is friendly, upbeat and confident.

Organisation and initiative will need to be in your DNA, as you’ll be helping manage studio sessions whilst also supporting other departments.

You’ll have an interest in media, advertising or creative and want to pursue those areas in your career.

You’re driven, ambitious and willing to go that extra mile to make sure we always deliver.

Key Responsibilities

Provide food and refreshments to clients Set up studios for sessions. Rig mics and manage cables. Print scripts. Save off Pro Tools sessions ahead of sessions. Tidy down studios and clear up. Fill and empty the dishwasher- drying and returning items to the cupboards. General maintenance and facility support, including occasional light DIY help. Ensure the kitchen/reception area is kept clean. Answering the phone and taking messages. Manage receipts / expenses Sourcing voiceovers and music tracks for campaigns. Updating databases and internal systems. Internal / external library music searches. Quality checking assets before being sent to client. Blog uploading / posting. Daily social media updates - particularly Twitter and LinkedIn. Client hospitality.

Essential Requirements:

Proven high level of organisational skills and experience. Proven excellent attention to detail. Proactive and able to work on your own initiative. Ability to problem solve and work under pressure. Confident, friendly, approachable and a team player. A positive, can-do mental attitude. Experience of using Apple Macs, Google docs and sheets.
