What the job entails:

As an Sales Executive for YOUR Radio, you will need to know your local territory and be able to spot commercial opportunities by generating new business leads and identifying, understanding and satisfying current clients’ business requirements. Ultimately, you will be expected to meet individual monthly sales targets.

You won’t be alone however. You will be working with a talented team of radio geek's to get your campaigns to air. It will be your job to co-ordinate, manage and deliver a range of radio advertising and sponsorship solutions for your clients.

What are we looking for?

Well you must have excellent communication skills. A background in sales, preferably in media would also be ideal. You need to be comfortable with meeting sales targets and strong organisational skills will be a necessity. You will also need to be computer literate with a good standard of written English and maths skills.

Ultimately, radio sales is all about self-motivation, commercial acumen and above all a ‘can do’ attitude.
