Senior Audio Producer - Capital

We’re looking for a very experienced and talented Senior Audio Producer to help lead the multi-award winning Imaging Production team at Capital and Capital XTRA at our HQ in London!
We need a forward thinking creative genius with the passion to continue to sonically develop both these brands. You’ll know how to lead us in standing out from the crowd. Your finger will be firmly on the pulse of the latest music trends and you’ll apply this to all the work you do. You will be able to drive the brand’s audio identity forward every single day and help bring the Worlds biggest events to life; such as the Brit Awards and Capital’s Summertime & Jingle Bell Balls.
What you'll be doing: Collaborate with the management and programming team at Capital and Capital XTRA to further develop the sound of each show on the brand. Help manage the workload between the team of audio production staff, ensuring the team works seamlessly. Create outstanding 'top-of-the-line’ Imaging and S&P solutions for both brands, across all broadcast sites and broadcast mediums we use. Interpret creative briefs in imaginative and exciting ways to bring both brands to life. Help develop the sound of Capital’s Summertime Ball and the Jingle Bell Ball. Assist on other cutting edge audio projects around Global when needed.
What you need: Advanced Pro Tools knowledge. 3-5 years experience creating Imaging and/or S&P Production for CHR or similar formats. Leadership and management experience. Outgoing and approachable. Obsessive about the detail. High creative writing ability. Excellent time management skills. The ability to work quickly in a high-pressure environment. Be able to identify music trends, life-stye and ‘pop-culture’ to use in your day-to-day.
