Working under the Head of Radio, managing a team of Producers and Broadcast Assistants to ensure output is of the highest quality possible. Overseeing the creative content of broadcasts. Delivering the continued training and development of the Radio production team and managing staffing of the department. Due to the nature of the work and responsibility for 24 hour a day content, flexibility is essential.

Key Attributes Management experience At least 3 years experience Production experience on flagship programming Ability to come up with and deliver creative ideas Project setup and management Strong communication skills Can work under pressure within tight deadlines
