Your Mission

To provide exceptional support for the Sponsorship & Promotional team as well as administrative support for our busy team at Smooth Radio North East, to ensure we deliver the best possible ideas and results for our clients.

• Working with our S&P Manager, you will support the team to ensure we create and deliver engaging presentations
• You will help to organise and deliver outstanding events and promotions for clients
• You will provide the entire team with general administrative support

Your Experience

You will need to be smart, bold and engaging and be able to display our company values in the work you do; Bravery, Integrity and Passion. You should be as passionate about working in radio as we are and ideally have administrative experience, preferably in media.

• You’ll be confident, an expert communicator with exceptional customer service skills and you’ll ensure the best possible experience for people from the moment they contact us
• You’ll need to be handy with Microsoft Office; particularly PowerPoint & Excel. If you’re used to working on a CRM system, all the better.
• You should be comfortable working in a busy environment and ideally have worked within sales before – it can get pretty hectic!
• In order to deal with enquiries quickly & efficiently, you’ll know our brands inside out
• Exceptional organisation and time management skills are a must!

Your Package

• This role is being offered on a freelance basis with a maximum of 12 hours a week
• Competitive hourly rate

Your Location

You will be based in Newcastle at our brand new offices at Wellbar Central.

You will report to the Senior SPD Account Manager
