An exciting opportunity for a dynamic and creative person to be part of the team to launch & develop Globals’ newly formed Entertainment collective.
Representing some of the UK’s most exciting festivals, venue and media brands the successful candidate will be motivated, flexible and adaptable individual who will be part of our fast-paced team in one of the most exciting sectors – Branded events, live festivals, venues and bespoke events helping the team to work to highest standard across their business remit.
You will assist the Commercial Director and the wider team who is responsible for the sales strategy & account delivery of a portfolio of brand partnerships. Working closely with the Global’s Branded Events, the festival sales team, Broadwick Live, Global key teams and wider festival partners to help deliver multi-platform, brand partnerships across our 19 festivals & events in UK and Europe.
You will be working within the team on multiple projects that are diverse in nature, so the ideal candidate will have be able to demonstrate some experience of live events and working onsite is desirable, along with a passion for festivals!
As a Global Entertainment Assistant you will work alongside the Global Entertainment Live Team to help implement campaigns. Success in this role requires immaculate client service and event project management skills to ensure Global builds long-term client relationships and partnerships that encourage continued investment into our brands and platforms.
What you’ll be doing…
Day to day support & coordination of projects for Ents division senior management e.g. Commercial Director, Strategic Partnerships Director, Talent Director and Fulfilment Director
General Administration and team support.
Creation, co-ordination and management of a Global calendar of live event activity – branded events & festivals.
To support the Global Ents Team in the delivery of event activations & partnerships where needed
To take responsibility for and project manage certain elements within branded event, festival & bespoke event activation, working directly with Fulfilment Managers as and when required.
To organise, attend and minute project meetings ensuring that actions are carried out following meetings.

Strong organisational skills: highly skilled at planning & organising with excellent project management
Time Management: effective time management and planning with the ability to work to tight deadlines, under pressure & anti-social hours
Interpersonal skills: effectively communicating, building rapport and relating to others at all levels.
Creative thinking: ability to problem solve and demonstrate use of own initiative, with examples of working on new and existing events
Strong administration: understanding of standard computer programmes such as word, powerpoint & excel
Communication & Negotiation: able to influence people effectively and use communication skills to help this process
Continuous learning: taking initiatives in learning and implementing new concepts and ideas
You’ll have experience in…
Experience in a media/event environment; ideally within an account management/client facing capacity
Previous experience of working directly with agencies or clients managing complex projects, ideally within media
