audioBoom, which claims it's the largest spoken-word audio platform, is reuniting two of the biggest characters in sports radio for a free weekly podcast.

talkSPORT breakfast radio presenter Alan Brazil is teaming up with various guests for his new podcast 'Alan Brazil Up Front’, every Thursday on audioBoom. He’ll be regularly reunited with his former partner-in-crime Mike Parry.

They'll be giving listeners the inside track on what's going on across all sports. And with Brazil's vast contact book and Parry's decades of Fleet Street experience, you can be guaranteed these two will tell it like it is.

Big sporting names will occasionally feature on the show to give their input on the stories making the back pages. And listeners will also be able to join in the debate by recording their questions and comments using audioBoom’s free apps or via email.

Alan Brazil, recently inducted into the Radio Academy Hall of Fame, said: "It's great to be working with audioBoom and I'm looking forward to keeping my old sparring partner under control again. After our break I look at him with fresh eyes - just kidding he’s still a tube.”

Mike Parry said: “There’s a lot more of Al these days, but not necessarily inside his bonce. So I’ll be seeking truth and justice as I’ve always done in that sporting sparring arena where brains usually beats brawn. All football fans will recognise this and we’ll create a thirst to get them involved in the big debates on audioBoom.”

Robert Proctor, CEO of audioBoom said: "We’re thrilled Alan and Mike are joining audioBoom and we can't wait to hear what they have in store for us. They’re a great addition to our already stellar list of global sports content partners and we’re delighted to keep providing our listeners with the best quality audio out there."
