Broadcast Journalist

Islam Channel is looking for an enthusiastic intern who is looking for broadcast journalist experience to assist in the day to day running of the programme.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Invite and co-ordinate with guests
- Produce VT and general scripts on features and business/finance news stories (Excellent writing skills required)
- Reporting (further training can be given if you have some experience)
- Find interesting stories around business/finance media on a daily basis
- Autocue operation in the gallery during recording
- Booking taxis for guests
- Proof reading scripts 8.Pitching news stories for the week
Experience or knowledge of business/finance will be an advantage.
A positive attitude, willingness to contribute in a fast paced work environment is also necessary.
