x Long story short In this role, you’ll oversee the team that produces, develops, and formalizes content explicitly for Red Bull’s social media platforms. Your key responsibility is to ensure that the global Red Bull social channels are consistently fed with engaging content that is up to trend with the internet zeitgeist.

x Take social further Your team will be responsible for creating and formalizing social content formats that can be utilized across the entire company (countries and projects). This will be across the entire World of Red Bull, but with a primary focus on our global audience pages (@redbull). You’ll ensure the creation of real-time reactive content involving everything from athlete win celebrations to relevant holiday content – still and moving image. The focus will be on a viral reach, engaging our consumers, and pushing the boundaries of surprise.

x Analytics and support Another aspect of your role will be to know the performance of our social content, external benchmarks, and focus your team's output based on this knowledge. You’ll be required to support all markets with social content best practices, build formats and collaborate with them. Moreover, you’ll ensure that your key stakeholders understand what good social content is and why it works.

YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES: x 5+ years in large reach Social Media account management or as content producer x Background and strong understanding in social video editing and production x Experience in producing content explicitly for social media x Strong understanding of the online and social media technology landscape x Ability to think, plan and execute resourcefully, with minimal supervision x Ability to manage global teams x Personal passion, experience, and love for YouTube Content x Deep knowledge of Sports and Culture x Lover of memes x Bachelor degree in marketing, content production or similar x Excellent English skills, multilingual a bonus
