Summary: Made Television, the UK’s leading City TV network, is on the look-out for an organised Office / Business Administrator to take an important role within our company. You’ll work to support Made Television in the office management and work with the Head of HR on administrative business responsibilities.
Each day is different, but the role requires that you will be taking telephone calls or responding to external emails, to helping with the website and audience administration and running daily audience reports.
Main Purpose of the Job: As part of city network of television channels, you will be the main point of contact offering support to our teams in administrative duties. Daily, you’ll be responsible for all of the external emails that we receive into the business and ensuring that they are directed or answered appropriately. We are also looking for someone that can support and assist with other administrative duties, from work experience / apprenticeship programmes to company car & mobile phone management. The website and audience administration is important for us so we are able to track and generate reports quickly. This is a busy and varied role that requires an organised individual to be confident and reliable.
