A well-known television production company are looking for an Office Manager. This is a role for an organised, trustworthy and conscientious individual, with a one year contract on offer initially but potential to become permanent.

Although this is not a production role, the company are interested in hearing from Production Coordinators and Assistant Producers who are keen for a new challenge and more stability. They are also interested in those who have previously held an Office Manager / PA position in a busy production company.

You will be based on reception, whilst acting as a PA to the Managing Director and direct support to the Head of Production. You will be responsible for office facilities and supplies, setting up new starters, maintaining staff lists and associated HR paperwork, devising and managing company systems and looking after the website.
