Teebah Foundation is a UK registered charity, established in 2006 with the aim to provide long-term solutions to combat poverty and hardship. The name “Teebah” was chosen being one of the names of the sacred prophetic city of Madinah mentioned by the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) himself, and fits in with our theme of universal refuge and sanctity. Teebah Foundation is seeking an experienced, tactful and highly organised Project Manager to strategically lead and drive all national and international projects, including Hospitals, an Autistic School and an Orphanage. The successful candidate: The successful candidate will be results driven and thrive in a busy, fast paced environment and have the ability to communicate with senior management, colleagues as well as high profile partners, guests, associates. Excellent report writing and communication skills are vital, and you will have the ability to work collaboratively across different internal directorates and the confidence to develop good working relationships with large public and private sector organisations.

  • You will be educated to degree level (or equivalent) or demonstrable experience. It is desirable that you have experience of working with statutory and voluntary agencies.
  • You may have experience of the following: Project Manager, Charity, Charities, Third Sector, Not For Profit, Project Management, Community Development, Voluntary Sector etc.
  • You’ll be an experienced project manager, with excellent planning, organisational skills, and have effective communication and influencing skills
  • Previous experience of report writing, bidding for funding from local government bodies and charities and creating and implementing promotional activities, literature and media content
  • Previous experience of fundraising and meeting targets and taking a key role in raising the profile of a charity organisation
  • Creative and proven income generating experience through local, regional, partnership or people fundraising
  • Ability to analyse, monitor and report fundraising activity and progress against budgets
  • Ability to play a critical role in the setting of budgets and targets, ensuring these are both realistic and challenging, with robust supporting plans.
  • Ability to analyse complex problems, assess risk and make judgments and decisions for own area of responsibility.
