That’s TV is seeking Technical Directors to mix the live programming on That’s TV city TV services broadcasting on Freeview Channel 8 in major UK conurbations.

You will work with the editorial team to deliver high standard broadcasts with overall responsibility for all multi-camera studio operations, maintaining audio, lights, sound, graphics, OBs and video playback in live and pre-recorded programmes.

The Technical Director is the senior technical role in gallery, responsible for directing and vision mixing programmes. You will have experience of live and recorded studio directing and vision mixing gained in a broadcast gallery environment.

You will be responsible for the smooth running of a live programme so ability to work under pressure is essential. You will also support other technical operations including video editing and scheduling.

Additional experience of self-shooting on location is desirable, as is editorial judgement and experience of the Ofcom Broadcasting Code.
