Living the Life is Islam Channel’s flagship magazine; lifestyle show broadcast LIVE Monday to Thursday to over 136 countries worldwide with an audience of 2.1 million in the UK alone.
The role is incredibly dynamic and will see the successful candidate utilising their skill set to the max and developing their talents as they work under the direct supervision of the Series Producer who is extremely receptive to innovative and creative ideas.
Ensure and provide flawless, upscale, professional and high class guest service
TASKS TO INCLUDE
Oversee and coordinate all arrivals and departures of guests Serving guests tea & coffee Coordinate and manage communication between guests and production staff to aid them in their journey from reception to the studio Ensure all standards and operating procedures are adhered to
This volunteering opportunity is ideally suited to an individual, who’s passionate to gain practical experience to aid them towards a professional career in hospitality, customer service or event management etc. The right candidate will receive full training and a mentor to aid them in their career development.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Punctuality is a must Have excellent communication and presentation skills Cultural awareness Understanding of customer service
