Fiji's star man responds to 'muppet' ITV commentator's insulting remark
Fiji's Nemani Nadolo during the Rugby World Cup match at Twickenham last night
The World Cup kicked off last night with England's exciting 35-11 win over Fiji.
The underdogs from the south sea islands gave a good account of themselves in defeat, especially the rampant wing Nemani Nadolo, who blew past tacklers with sensational strength and also showed exceptional aerial abilities to field a cross-kick and score.
He also gained a fair bit of attention for his reaction to the Fijian anthem, shedding John Hayes-style tears alongside his team-mates. Nadolo is obviously a proud Fijian, as he also defended his country after ITV commentator Nick Mullins made a disparaging remark about their resources.
Mullins said during the game that 'They will be back in Fiji around one television hoping the generator doesn't fail them."
Most fans felt the comment was very disrespectful and Nadolo agreed, tweeting this response to Mullins after the game.
Theirs more than one tv in Fiji mate and power is running just fine.. @andNickMullins disappointing call mate.. #muppetcall

If there is one person on earth at the moment who you don't want angry at you, it is the human freight train, Nemani Nadolo.
