We are seeking a motivated and vibrant individual to join our highly successful advertising sales team, working on market-leading national magazines and online platforms.

As an account manager on the B2B team, you will be responsible for print advertising sales ranging from display adverts, sponsorship packages and awards, as well as email marketing, online promotions, advertorials and social media.

You will develop new business, identifying and approaching companies relevant to our readership, as well as managing existing advertising accounts – many of whom have been working with us for over five years.

Most business is done via the phone from our offices in Colchester, Essex. However, there will be the opportunity to meet key clients at trade events throughout the year. The ability to build and maintain strong commercial relationships is essential.

Previous sales experience would be ideal, but not essential. You will be joining an energetic and busy office environment in which the right candidate will have the opportunity to progress.

Basic salary is £16,000-£18,000 based on experience. OTE £22,000 - £24,000. Commission is paid on an uncapped basis. The earning potential for enthusiastic and dedicated employees is much higher.

Office hours are 9.00am – 5.30pm.
