WINIT is Bauer’s multi-branded competitions site designed to deliver digital revenue through monetizing engagement.  The Prize Operations Executive is responsible for the running of all prize and winner operations across all of Bauer Media’s WinIt sites. The successful management of our prize operations processes is paramount to the role and the ongoing success of the platform.

Responsible for:

• Sourcing prizes to run across all WINIT platforms, ensuring they relevance for the brand and audience
• Running the promotion of all competitions featured on the WINIT platforms across the business
• Managing and improving the processes involved in the publishing, curation, winning and delivery of all competitions
  • The PPA (prize provider agreement ) is correct and signed
  • All the competition copy is complete, and relevant URLs are ready for publishing
  • Uploading the giveaways onto the WINIT platform
  • Writing/improving giveaway copy/imagery as necessary
  • Approving winners, sending winners details to prize providers
• Checking that the giveaways are legal, decent and honest, by working with all parties, especially the legal department, to ensure any specific terms and conditions are included  Working closely with the magazine teams and share relevant prizes for print when necessary, providing copy and imagery to the magazine's deadline  Supporting the delivery of internal (Bauer) team sourced competitions  Answering prize queries and working with the wider marketing team in solving any issues  Preparing and maintaining accurate reporting of competitions and entries received * Highlighting any site issues to development

This is a part-time role (Wednesday-Friday 9am - 5.30pm).
