Subscriptions Supervisor

This exciting new role has three core areas of responsibility;

1. Process management. Deliver effective working relationships with external suppliers including subscription suppliers, website developer and hosting company.. Website maintenance and updates.. Control subscription financial matters (invoicing, reporting, charges) in conjunction with Finance department.. Customer service calls and administration.

2. Reporting. Performance reporting.. Identify opportunities to increase response and revenues.

3. Development. Liaise with client facing teams to ensure Publisher awareness of subscription offer. Create promotional material and promote The Magazine Cafe development.. Understand and deliver best practice in web based marketing.. Produce commercial plans to support service offer and drive revenue.. Establish broad low cost subscription fulfilment offer for clients.

To deliver in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate:. Data inputting and analytical experience.. Excellent interpersonal skills.. Customer service provision.. The ability to communicate effectively at all levels.. Commercial acumen.. The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
