UKTV is a multi-channel broadcaster owned by BBC Studios. It was formed in 1997 through a joint venture between BBC Worldwide and Flextech.
Until June 2019, the channel was a joint venture between BBC Studios and Discovery. As part of the deal to split the business, Discovery acquired Good Food, Home and Really.
