Ben Hopkinson

Ben has always dreamed about working in the media industry, most notably in the radio and podcasting sector. He studied a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Media and Broadcast Communications at North Kent College in Dartford from 2015 to 2017 and then progressed onto a Level 4 HNC in Creative Media within TV and Radio with graduation coming in 2018. During that time he presented and produced many shows at Miskin Radio, and was a producer on The Kieran Poole Show which won a Community Radio Award in 2017. ​ Since then, Ben has moved to present, produce and drive the desk at Maritime Radio 96.5fm in Greenwich and has also worked at KMFM as part of their Street Team across the county.

Ben also owns a DJ business for private functions and is a resident at a nightclub in Kent.

At the moment you can catch Ben on Maritime Radio every Sunday from 3pm - 5pm.
